Virtual Women's Qi Gong

Qi Gong and holistic health classes to help women improve health and promote longevity!

Based on the safe, effective and proven ancient wisdom of eastern medicine.

This series we will focus on improving the Lung and Large Intestine energy which can be helpful in:

  • Improved Respiratory Health

  • Boosting the Immune System

  • Releasing stored grief from the body

This 6 week series will focus on key health energies that dominate during the fall season from an eastern medicine perspective.

  • Classes will be held via Zoom on Saturdays from 9am-10am EST beginning October 5th and ending on November 16th.

  • Recordings of the week's class will be available for those who are unable to attend the live class.

  • Classes will combine techniques such as meditation, acupressure and visualization to decrease the negative effects of stress, promote overall and specific aspects of wellness and longevity.

  • Class taught by Danett Bean, Doctor of Acupuncture and eastern medicine.

  • Class duration: 60 minutes.

  • Cost $150

Dr. Danett has been practicing eastern medicine since the late nineties, and licensed as an acupuncturist since 2003. Dr. Danett specializes in women's health and has been teaching Qi Gong since 2008. To learn more about her, click here.
